Projektziel: Die ehemalige Hausmeisterwohnung soll umfassend saniert und umstrukturiert werden, um einen sogenannten "All-Raum" (Betreuung, ca. 88,65 m²) zu schaffen, um den sich weitere Räume gruppieren. Dies soll die Nutzung des gesamten Dachgeschosses optimieren. Eine Grundkonzeption und die Bestandspläne liegen vor. Neben der Grundrissöffnung und der Schaffung des "All-Raums" soll eine zusätzliche Gaube als zweiter Rettungsweg über das angrenzende Flachdach und zur Belichtung vorgesehen werden, dieser ist mit in die Planung einzubeziehen. Weiterhin ist eine energetische Sanierung und der Einbau einer Lüftungsanlage angedacht. Die Schule befindet sich innerstädtisch, mit begrenztem Platz und Zugang. Die Maßnahme muss im laufenden Schulbetrieb umgesetzt werden. Ein Brandschutzkonzept und ein Bericht zur Schadstofferkundung liegt vor. Die Kosten KG300 + KG400 betragen ca. 880.000,- EUR brutto. Der Kostenrahmen des Gesamtprojekts ist einzuhalten. Gesucht wird ein Architekturbüro für die Objektplanung gemäß § 34 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 mit Einordnung in die Honorarzone III.
