Common questions
- How does the trial work?
- You enter your company name and a payment method at Stripe's checkout; nothing is charged. For 5 days you see everything. Cancel during that time under “Manage subscription” in your account and you pay nothing; otherwise Pro continues at the price on this page. The trial is available once per customer.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time under “Manage subscription” in your account, effective at the end of the paid month, during the trial at its end at no cost. An email to kontakt@kontordata.com works too.
- Who is Pro for?
- For businesses and the self-employed who win or supply public contracts: construction and trades, planning, manufacturers and distributors. Consumers cannot order Pro.
- Do I get an invoice with VAT?
- Yes, every month by email from Stripe, with German VAT; companies with a VAT ID in another EU country pay net under the reverse charge scheme. Past invoices are in your account.
- How do I sign in?
- With a link by email, no password. The account is created at checkout and you are signed in right after. One access is for one person.
- Where does the data come from?
- From public notices: the German public procurement data service, the EU Official Journal (TED), the procurement portals of the states and municipalities, and municipal council papers. Value, number of bids and bidders appear only where the source states them.
- Is an entry wrong?
- An email to kontakt@kontordata.com is enough. We check the entry and correct or block it.
