Gemäß der Kühllastberechnung sind folgende Lasten abzuführen: Eingangshalle ca. 56,0 kW (Raumtemperatur 20°C) Geplant sind zwei voneinander unabhängige Splitsysteme mit je 28 kW vorgesehen, so dass bei Ausfall eines der Geräte die Abfuhr der Wärme sichergestellt ist (2 x 50 %). Die Umluftkühlgeräte werden als Kassetten-Klimageräte ausgeführt. Die Außeneinheiten für die Kühlung werden auf der Hofinnenseite aufgestellt. Die Leitungsführung erfolgt weitgehend innerhalb des Gebäudes. Die Betriebs- und Störmeldungen der einzelnen Geräte sind über potentialfreie Kontakte an den Außeneinheiten abgreifbar.
